The 5029 Epoxy Set is a transparent, high-quality epoxy system designed for crack filling in white and colored marble as well as for processing semi-precious stone slabs. Its longer setting time ensures superior filling of cracks, while providing high gloss and clarity. The epoxy is stable under solar light and maintains an absolutely transparent, bubble-free finish with no shrinkage.

Usage Instructions:

For Semi-Precious Stone Slabs:

1. Prepare and preheat the bed to 30–40°C.

2. Spread stones throughout the bed.

3. Heat resin and hardener separately at 35–40°C.

4. Mix in a 4:1 ratio (resin:hardener) and pour to required level.

5. Dry in 10–11 hours; polish after 24–36 hours.

For Marble (White & Colored):

1. Grind surface to grit 100 and dry for 16–20 hours.

2. Mix resin and hardener in 4:1 ratio and apply uniformly.

3. Apply additional mixture over cracks and holes.

4. Dry for 10–11 hours; polish after 24–36 hours.
