Return Eligibility

• You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs will be borne by us only if we receive the products in the same condition as when shipped.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange a product for a different size or another item, please contact us to arrange the exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. We have the right to refuse an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and will try to solve the matter immediately.
