Description
Prime Shield 200 is water based milky white product used for marble and other natural stones. It penetrates the stone, reacts with free calcium and forms insoluble compound. This makes it resistant to stains, water and abrasion. It penetrates upto ½ inch of stone & does not change its appearance.
Method of use
- Grind the surface with a grit 120 abrasive or grit 100 polishing pad.
- Clean the surface to remove any dust by using mild alkaline cleaner like ‘R155 Intensive Cleaner’.
- Now spread it evenly to the surface. Spread it out with a wiper, if any pool is formed.
- Keep the surface wet for 20 minutes, add more if surface has dried.
- Once it completely dries, start polishing with grit 220 abrasive or grit 200 polishing pad.
- Gives coverage of about 500 sqft/tin. It may vary depending on the use.
