How to Use Tixo Ultra White

Prepare and Clean the Surface

Before application, grind the repair area using suitable abrasive equipment, then remove dust and contaminants. Make sure the surface is thoroughly clean and completely dry before applying mastic.

Mix the Adhesive with Hardener

Measure the required amount of paste with clean tools and add 1–3% hardener. Mix both components thoroughly until evenly combined, then apply the prepared mixture without unnecessary delay.

Apply the Mixed Mastic

Apply the prepared mastic evenly to the repair area using suitable tools. Prepare only the quantity needed for immediate application, as the mixture begins setting within a few minutes.

Allow the Adhesive to Cure

After application, allow the mixture to cure undisturbed. It begins to gel within approximately four to five minutes and dries completely in around 30 minutes under the stated product instructions.
