Description
It is pure, alkaline resistant, antibreaking with high tensile strength. Resin coating is BASF from Germany and pure acrylic acid. Mesh is uniform, soft, flexible, flat to use, strong.
This is used in slab reinforcement. It gives strength to the slab and prevent it from breaking while polishing and transportation. The high content of resin prevent the absorption of resin when it is applied to the slab. This saves resin cost which is much higher than the cost of fibre. It is also resistant to chemical attack and is not affected by alkaline nature of epoxy.
Method of Application
- After cutting of marble or granite black, apply netting epoxy at the back of slab, apply net and again apply epoxy. Allow it to dry completely which takes 2-3 hours or more depending on the epoxy applied.
