Abrasive for Granite

Resin bond diamond abrasives designed for grinding and polishing granite surfaces. Available in grits 100, 120, 150, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200, 1800, 3000, 5000, 6000, and 8000.
These abrasives deliver a smooth, mirror-like finish and are suitable for use with standard polishing machines.

Description
These are high-quality resin bond diamond abrasives ideal for granite grinding and polishing. They help achieve uniform gloss, remove saw marks, and prepare the surface for final polishing with lux compounds. Stonera’s abrasives combine durability and precision to suit both light and heavy polishing machines.

Method of Application

1. After cutting the granite with a multi-wire machine, grind with magnesite abrasive grit 120.

2. Apply epoxy on the dry slab and, after 24 hours, re-grind using magnesite abrasive grit 120.

3. Proceed with resin bond abrasives in grit sequence 100, 120, 150, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200, 1800, 3000, 5000, 6000, and 8000.

4. Maintain a pressure of 1.5–2 bar for best results.
