Description
These are resin bond diamond abrasive used for grinding and polishing the granite.
Method of Application
- After cutting the granite with multi-wire, grind with magnesite abrasive grit 120.
- Epoxy is applied on dry slab and after 24hours it is again grinded with magnesite abrasive grit 120,
- This is followed with polishing using resin bond abrasives 100,120, 150, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200, 1800,3000,5000, 6000, 8000.
- The pressure applied is between 1.5-2 bar.
